How To Download Your Certificate
At Barista Course Adelaide, we’re committed to ensuring you’re certified as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer same-day certification across all our courses!
As long as you meet the criteria outlined in our terms and conditions, you can access your certificate from our dedicated student portal within 24 hours of completing your course.

Same Day Certificate Terms & Conditions
To qualify for receiving your electronic certificate on the same day, you must provide the following information upon enrollment and successfully complete the course on your chosen date:
- Provide your full name (as used to register for your USI/ your legal name shown on your ID).
- Provide your USI number.
- Ensure all enrollment details and course paperwork are completed.
- Full payment must be made or arranged prior to attendance. Please keep a copy of your receipt.
- Sign in on the attendance sheet upon arrival at the course session.
- Successfully complete the course (deemed competent).
If any of the above information is missing or cannot be verified, we cannot guarantee that your certificate will be provided on the same day as the course. Your certificate will only be issued electronically once our administration staff can verify all the necessary information. Please note that this may cause delays in issuing your certificate.
If you have provided your details correctly but have not received a certificate notification in your inbox to download from the platform, please check your spam or junk mail folders as some email settings may cause this to happen by mistake. If, for any reason, you are unable to download your certificate, please contact us via email or call (08) 7120 2570 during business hours.
If you require a paper copy of your certificate, there is an additional charge of $30 (including postage), and delivery may take up to 21 days.
Please note that the same-day certificate issuing policy does not apply to courses held in the evening, on Saturday, Sunday, or courses that finish outside our South Australian head office processing hours between 9 am and 4 pm (Central Australian Time). In these cases, certificates will be issued via email on the next available business day.
All electronic copies or re-issues of certificates are free of charge.
